Roots and the water

Roots and the Water

From a little wish

A desire invigorates,

Gradually we fill

our black boundless slates.

Dreams to live

Things to do,

Places to visit

While the end is due.

But success lies out

Of the comfort zone,

Life seems unfair

When you're left alone.

In front is a cliff

No road goes to right,

Behind is a well

Even left is out of sight.

The thirsty one

Must go to the hole,

For a new start

Go open the door.

Life is a challenge

Life is a race,

Instead of all that

Think how to ace.

Now leave behind

Your sensitiity,

And prepare yourself

For each adversity

For the roots don't stay

Where the water was,

They grow to where

The water is.

That's for today. Hope you enjoyed reading the poem!
