Top of the Tree
Peace and happines
Communal respect,
Something we all want
In fact, we expect.
Friends and family
And moments to treasure,
We all want to live
A life full of pleasure.
But to make a shadow
You must keep up wiith the sun,
Word hard and at times
Even sacrifice the fun.
Bleed in practice
To do better in war,
Pick yourself up
After every fall.
Dream in the night
Make it true in the day,
Where there's a will
There's always a way.
At all times you should
Unwaveringly believe,
In yourself and your toil
For goals to achieve.
The higher the aim
The harder to reach,
The ladder to success
Has a lot to teach.
If all lights are out
You're alone at the porch,
Realise that it's time
To make your own torch.
Keep moving forward
Step by step you'll see,
The best flowers always grow
At the top of the tree!
